The Fine Print
Event details, home prices and availability as of 8/21/23 are subject to change at any time without notice.
*Drawings will occur on Tuesday of each week for the previous week's entries starting Tuesday, September 5, 2023. All participants who checked in via the QR code in the homes during the preceding week will be entered into that drawing - each QR code entry representing a separate entry for that participant. The weekly portion of the giveaway will reset each Tuesday upon the random selection of the winners from the previous week's entries. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided when completing the entry form prompted by the QR code. Winners must confirm acknowledgement of the prize within 7 calendar days (by the following Monday). Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize. Winners will be required to pick up prizes at the Singletary Construction office located at 127 Center Pointe Drive, Clarksville, TN 37040. Winners may opt to send someone to pick up their prize or may opt for it to be mailed via US Mail. Should the winner opt to utilize one of these methods to receive the prize, Singletary Construction will not be held liable for prizes that are not delivered to the winner. Winners have 14 days to claim their prizes. Gift cards are valued at $25.00 USD and represent a variety of vendors. Winners may or may not be given the option to select which gift card they will receive. The final day of the event is October 8, 2023. All entries must by submitted by this date. At the conclusion of the event, one participant will be selected at random to win a $5,000 credit to be used toward a purchase of a home sold by Singletary Construction, LLC. Only new contracts dated after September 9, 2023 are eligible to receive this credit. To be eligible for this drawing, participants must have checked the box on the entry form "I am interested in this home" at least once throughout the event. All of that participant's entries throughout the duration of the event will be counted as separate entries. The grand prize drawing is separate from the weekly drawings. Winning a weekly prize will not disqualify the participant from being entered into the grand prize drawing. Closing on the Singletary Construction home must take place by March 31, 2024 to be eligible for the $5,000 credit. For liability purposes, guests must be accompanied by a licensed real estate agent when entering each home. During event times, licensed real estate agents will be present in the community to assist guests. During non-event times, guests may be accompanied by their own licensed real estate agent.
