What determines the cost of each home?
A variety of factors contribute to the final price of the home. Each community is dictated by different HOA rules affecting the components of the home such as the amount of brick that must be added to the exterior, whether a fence is included, the amount of sod required and whether gas is offered. In addition, lot values vary from community to community. Even the grading of the lot affects the cost to build. As with any home, market conditions and home values in the surrounding area are factored in when determining the list price of the home.

What incentives does Singletary Construction offer?
Builder incentives aren’t “one-size-fits-all”. Each buyer’s needs are different whether it’s closing cost contributions, buying down points or appliance credits. We offer rental communities throughout Clarksville for those who are not quite ready to buy a home. We give our renters preferential treatment so that, when you are ready to buy a home, we’ll work with you to help you buy your dream home.
