Step 2. Select a Plan
Next step is to find the right plan for you and your lot. We have a variety of both unique and popular plans available, as well as associate architects available to help build and design your dream home. Don't have time to wait for us to build your home? Step 3. The Contract Meeting
Third step is to schedule your contract meeting. This meeting is to document all plans and ideas as well as to determine products and cost for purchase and sales agreement. You can contact our sales team by clicking the button to the right to schedule a contract meeting.

Step 4. The Framing Walk-through
Then, once the the house is framed, you and your agent will be scheduled to meet at the building site and discuss the location of TV outlets, as well as any design specifications. This meeting will allow you to view the home and plan for the arrangement of furniture and interior designs. In addition, you will be informed of the upcoming schedule. |
Step 5. The Punch-List
Our journey has almost come to its end. Upon completion of the home, you and your agent will be scheduled for a walk-through to view the home. This meeting is to insure all the requirements and expectations have been met. If there are any deficiencies, you will be able to point them out at this time. You will also be familiarized with the functions of the home and appliances as well as the warranties and services. |
