The Charleston Oaks Subdivision does not offer gas community-wide. If you would like gas in your home, you are permitted to install a propane tank on your lot for use in your home.

Whether a home is built on a slab or a crawlspace depends on the grading of the lot. If you prefer one foundation over the other, let us know! We can accommodate either foundation type but there may be an additional fee.
