Determine your location. Pick a lot, subdivision or property for your new home.
Choose a Plan
Find the right plan for you and your lot. We have a variety of plans available, as well as associate architects available to help build and design your dream home.
Schedule your contract meeting. This meeting is to document all plans and ideas as well as to determine products and cost for purchase and sales agreement.
After completion of framing the buyer and there agent will be scheduled to meet at the building site and discuss electrical lay out as well as any design specifications. This meeting will allow buyer to view the home and plan for the arrangement of furniture and interior designs as well as being informed of the upcoming schedule.
Upon completion the buyer and there agent will be scheduled for a walk-through to view the home. This meeting is to insure all the requirements have been met. At this time the buyer will be familiarized with the functions of the home and appliances as well as the warranties and services.
This meeting takes place at the closing agencies location. This is the final transaction. The buyer now receives there key and takes possession of there new home.
