HOW IT WORKS

• intro meeting
• meet builder select building site or location
• select house plan
• pre-qualification and financial letter of commitment
• contract meeting - once home style has been selected and or changes made
• selection and allowances will be established and builder will enter into contract with buyer for new home construction
• post framing - discuss layout, explore options to include: outlet locations, wiring, cable, plumbing etc.
• pre closing - at this time buyer will walk through and view completed work
