At Singletary you will get to meet your builder personally. When building your home, you will have peace of mind in knowing that your builder will be on site throughout the building process. Home Buyers will be able to select the plan, site, interior and exterior options as well as customize the plan or make any changes if needed.
Post Framing- We as the builder will discuss the layouts for the electrical, phone, cable, intercom and other services as well as personalize any area for the buyer.
Pre Closing/ Walkthrough- This allows the home buyer to meet with the Builder to view the home; operate the appliances and any other details prior to closing.
